Restaurant Manager – The River Inn of Harbor Town
The River Inn of Harbor Town is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team! The River Inn is an acclaimed luxury boutique hotel in Memphis, Tennessee, known for blending elegant Southern charm with contemporary sophistication.
As the Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and strong financial performance. This hands-on leadership role includes managing and developing staff, maintaining food safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving sales while creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
Two to three years of food and beverage management experience
Wine and liquor knowledge
Fine dining experience
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing team members
A commitment to delivering and maintaining exceptional service standards
A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
