The Role
As an All Rounder, you will be the face and the engine of Wild Panda. You will work across both Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) to ensure our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers, taking orders, and managing the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Serving food and drinks efficiently with a friendly attitude.
Assisting with basic food preparation and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Ensuring the dining area, counters, and service stations are neat, tidy, and hygienic.
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and floor team to maintain a smooth service flow.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
Communication: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Team Player: A positive, reliable, and hardworking individual who thrives under pressure.
Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and evening shifts.
Rights to Work: Must have valid working rights in Australia.
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
