Residential Project Designer

Job description
We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing mid to high segment residential projects.

Your key responsibilities will include providing pre-design services such as demonstrations of finishes and design options, preparing quotations to customers using our software, working on multiple projects to meet customer expectations in terms of budget and design aesthetics, and adhering to company policies that ensure a smooth customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in residential designing, minimum 1 year of experience in the modular industry, and proficiency in Sketchup + Vray/Enscape. They must also have a clear understanding of capturing client expectations from the space, excellent client handling skills, fair knowledge of materials and finishes, and a good understanding of ergonomics and design principles.

This role is directly linked with revenue collection and client experience, and therefore requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment to ensure projected revenue targets are achieved on time. Read more
