Job description
As a Junior ID, you will play a pivotal role in preparing proposal presentations (including Canvas 3D and BOQ) for the booking stage and participate in Welcome calls between Customers and Principal Designers. You will capture the entire discussion and customer requirements, raising requests for Site Measurement and preparing KWS line drawings for Validation.

You will coordinate with Principal Designers and Quality Surveyors to determine what can be pitched to Clients in both Modular and non-Modular services.

Responsibilities include:
• Visiting sites for Design initiation along with printouts of DKO presentations, DKO documents, and all Canvas wall elevations.

During Design Kick-off:
• Taking note of changes discussed during the DKO presentation.
• Capturing the scope of non-Modular services in coordination with QS personnel.
• Capturing design inputs from Customers.
• Preparing MoMs and providing them to PDs, who share them with Clients.
• Preparing Canvas 3D and BOQ based on discussions with Clients during DKO and collected design inputs.

During Design Meeting at EC:
• Incorporating all design inputs taken during EC walk-throughs into Canvas and obtaining final 3D.
• Preparing MoMs along with latest BOQ + 3D screenshots + date time of Sign-off meetings and sharing them with PDs.
• Preparing KWS production drawings needed for final validation and PO raising.
• Preparing 3D renders for designs prepared (as per Client requirements).
• Preparing final sign-off documents and getting them reviewed by PDs.
