Salary : 65000 to 100000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable).

Patient Care: You will be responsible for assessing and treating patients who come to the hospital for medical assistance. This includes conducting physical examinations, taking medical histories, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing medications, and providing necessary treatments.
Medical Consultation: You will assist in providing medical consultations to patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. You will discuss treatment plans, explain medical procedures, and address any concerns or queries related to the patient's condition.
Emergency Care: In case of medical emergencies, you will be required to respond promptly and provide immediate medical attention. This may involve resuscitation, stabilizing patients, administering emergency medications, and coordinating with other medical staff to ensure appropriate care is provided.
Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records is essential. You will be responsible for documenting patient information, treatment plans, medications prescribed, and other relevant details in accordance with hospital policies and legal requirements.
Collaboration: As an RMO, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as senior doctors, nurses, and technicians, to ensure coordinated patient care. You may be involved in multidisciplinary team meetings, participate in case discussions, and assist in surgical procedures as required.
Shift Duties: RMOs often work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to provide round-the-clock medical care. You will be expected to adhere to the assigned shift timings, report to duty on time, and hand over patient information to the incoming medical staff at shift changeovers.
