Job Summary:
The Reservation Executive will be responsible for managing hotel bookings across all Mosaic Hotels' locations through a centralized reservation system. The role involves handling online and offline reservations, ensuring maximum occupancy, providing excellent guest service, and coordinating with internal departments to facilitate seamless bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
· Reservation Management: Process and manage hotel bookings via online and offline channels, including direct calls, emails, OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), and walk-ins.
· Centralized System Handling: Operate and maintain the centralized reservation system efficiently to ensure accuracy in availability and pricing.
· Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries regarding room availability, pricing, special requests, and booking confirmations.
· Coordination with Hotel Units: Liaise with front office and sales teams at different hotel locations to update them on reservations and ensure smooth guest check-ins.
· Rate Inventory Management: Monitor room rates and availability across all channels and update changes in coordination with the Revenue Management team.
· Booking Modifications Cancellations: Process amendments, cancellations, and refunds in compliance with hotel policies.
· Payment Billing: Ensure proper documentation of payments, deposits, and billing details as per the hotel's reservation policies.

· Guest Satisfaction Experience: Maintain high service standards while handling guest reservations and resolving any booking-related concerns.
· Data Management Reporting: Maintain accurate booking records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, revenue, and booking trends.
· OTA Travel Agent Liaison: Work closely with OTAs, corporate clients, and travel agents to enhance booking volume and relationships.
Required Skills Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hotel reservations or front office operations.
· Proficiency in hotel reservation software and property management systems (PMS).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
· Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
· Knowledge of OTA platforms, GDS (Global Distribution System), and revenue management principles is a plus.
