Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Reservations Associate at Le Meridien Coimbatore. The Reservations Associate will be responsible for processing reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and providing information about the hotel's offerings and amenities. This role involves managing the reservation system, coordinating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction, and handling any modifications or cancellations to existing reservations. The associate will also assist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective selling and up-selling techniques.
Qualifications
• Experience in customer service and guest relations
• Proficiency with reservation systems and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
