Job Description
As our next Reservations Agent, you will:
Book room reservation requests enter rooming lists
Update accurate information on our systems
Recommend property facilities while assisting guests with information and special requests
Ensure revenue is maximised by up-selling promoting our loyalty program
Consistently offer friendly and engaging service while ensuring the best selection for the guest
Qualifications
Strong administration skills
High level of professional spoken and written English.
Guest-focused personality
Hotel experience is preferred but not required
Experience in an administrative based role
