What Will You Drive?
As a Contact Center Specialist at Cars24 Australia, you will drive the car sales process by engaging with potential sellers through chat inquiries on our app and website. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, guiding sellers through the car-selling journey, and helping them navigate questions, ultimately contributing to our sales goals. You'll be at the forefront of ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for our customers.
Drive Sales Conversion: Engage with potential sellers via chat to help them through the selling process, answer questions, and drive them toward completing a sale. Maintain Chat SLAs: Ensure timely responses to all chat inquiries, meeting our established response time standards. Customer Engagement: Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance satisfaction, build trust, and foster positive relationships with potential sellers. Manage Multiple Chats: Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring no customer interaction is overlooked. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to share feedback, insights, and improve the overall seller experience.
