The ideal candidate should have strong culinary expertise, creativity, and the ability to develop scalable recipes while maintaining consistency, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new recipes, menus, and food concepts for various restaurant and cloud kitchen brands.
Conduct recipe trials and food tastings to ensure quality, taste, and presentation.
Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and cooking procedures.
Calculate food cost and optimize recipes without compromising quality.
