HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Demi Chefs to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at 75 Broadway St, Junee NSW 2663
As a Demi Chef in ourHappysoul Catering Pty Ltd you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service.
As a Demi Chef KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Demi Chef, you’ll assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef or Head Chef in running a section of the kitchen. You’ll play an important role in ensuring food quality, preparation, and presentation meet our established standards.
Support with day-to-day kitchen Operations.
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes as per our menu
Contribute to menu development and share creative ideas
Support the Head and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen operations and food service.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet service requirements
Coordinate workflow in a high-volume production environment to meet tight deadlines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt. or 3 years Work Exp
· Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.
· Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
· Positive attitude and strong team spirit
· Honest, humble, and results-driven

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
