HAPPYSOUL CATERING PTY is looking for Skilled Sous Chefs to join our dedicated kitchen team to run our outlets at 203 Stoney Creek Rd, Kingsgrove NSW 2207

As a Sous Chef in ourHappysoul Catering Pty Ltd you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring creativity, consistency, and quality across every service. You’ll lead by example, from hands-on cooking to mentoring your team and maintaining strong cost and quality controls.

As a Sous Chef KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

· Lead and support the kitchen team during service.

· Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

· Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates.

· Managing preparation , ordering and stock control

· Ensure food safety and kitchen hygiene standards are maintained.

· Supervise, train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

· Assist with rostering, ordering and stock control.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Commercial Cookery or Kitchen Management & Dip of Hosp Mgmt. or 3 years Work Exp

· Must have 1 year experience in a similar role.

· Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.

· Positive attitude and strong team spirit

· Honest, humble, and results-driven

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
