Role : Chemist - Material Science (Battery, Semiconductor & OLED Materials)
Role Overview
Scimplify is looking for an experiences Material Science R&D Leader to drive the development of next-generation advanced materials for batteriesm semiconductor material and OLED applications
Key Responsibilities
• Lead R&D programs focused on advanced materials for electronics and energy storage.
• Develop and scale high-performance materials for batteries, semiconductors, and OLEDs.
• Drive material synthesis, characterization, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with global partners and customers to develop customized materials.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, product development, and commercial teams.
• Establish robust material testing and validation frameworks.
• Mentor and lead a multi-disciplinary R&D team.
Qualifications
• PhD / M.Tech in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science.
• Experience working in global or MNC R&D environments.
• Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in R&D.
