Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Medical Procedures:
• Assist with medical procedures, treatments, and diagnostic tests as directed by physicians.
• Maintain and handle medical equipment properly, ensuring its cleanliness and functionality.
• Patient Education:
• Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care.
• Provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and preventing illnesses.
• Record Keeping:
• Accurately document patient information, medical histories, treatment plans, and progress in medical records.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data.
• Infection Control:
• Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic healthcare environment.
• Emergency Response:
• Respond promptly and efficiently to medical emergencies and provide immediate medical attention and care.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with fellow nurses, doctors, and support staff to ensure effective patient care and overall hospital efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing license from the Rajasthan Nursing Council.
• Proven experience as a Nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical procedures, patient care, and infection control protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
