Job Description
* *Integrated Brand Campaigns:* Executing and monitoring localized brand campaigns across traditional media, television promos, outdoor layouts, and digital ecosystems to drive regional viewership and platform affinity.
* *On-Ground Event & IP Execution:* Managing the end-to-end operational delivery of high-profile on-ground events, news conclaves, and custom Intellectual Properties (IPs)—handling everything from production coordination to venue staging.
* *Digital-First Growth Initiatives:* Launching and tracking social media campaigns, content-led growth loops, and platform-native marketing assets to build digital engagement for News18 Rajasthan.
* *Creator & Influencer Collaborations:* Partnering with regional creators, community voices, and digital influencers to expand the channel's organic reach and build community relevance.
* *Cross-Functional Synergy:* Collaborating daily with internal editorial desks, production crews, graphic design cells, and ad-sales squads to align corporate marketing timelines with broadcasting schedules.
Requirements
* *Experience Base:* 1–3 years of verified, early-career success operating in *Brand Marketing, Event Management, Digital Growth, or Agency Client Servicing. Prior experience within a **Media House, OTT Platform, Radio Network, or Advertising Agency* is highly advantageous.
* *Core Competencies:* Strong operational execution capability—a natural "builder" who can shift seamlessly from digital tracking to managing real-world event operations on the ground.
* *Regional Dynamics:* A strong cultural grasp of the Rajasthan market landscape, regional content preferences, and emerging digital trends.
* *Attributes:* High agility, exceptional communication and vendor-coordination skills, and the resilience to work effectively under fluid media deadlines.
