Veterans First Consulting is seeking a dedicated Representative/Advocate to assist current and ex-serving military members with their DVA claims. By joining our team, you will play a crucial role in helping veterans achieve fair and accurate compensation and benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with Veterans, medical providers, and DVA to ensure the smooth processing of claims
Relating conditions to services based on MRCA SOP factors
Provide exceptional support and guidance to veterans throughout the claims process.
Qualifications:
Experience with DVA is Required
Experience as an MRCA Delegate is Highly Desired
Strong interest in supporting Australian military veterans.
