Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and meticulously review intricate multi-state, consolidated corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to foster and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide insightful advice to clients on an extensive array of tax services, including individual, partnership, corporate, and trust and estate planning.
• Engage in the formulation and assessment of tax strategies tailored for clients.
• Remain informed about industry trends and regulations through participation in virtual training sessions and continuous review of the latest industry developments.
• Actively participate in networking and business development initiatives to cultivate new professional relationships.
Required Skills
• A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
• A valid CPA license (mandatory).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in organizing and managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
• Previous experience in leading and mentoring team members.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
• Insurance industry experience is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in public accounting is essential.
