• Provide timely and detailed information about reservations, addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Problem Resolution:
• Proactively address any issues related to reservations, working to find quick and satisfactory solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with relevant parties to resolve challenges and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and client interactions.
• Generate reports on reservation activities and contribute insights to improve processes.
