HarmonX Solutions is redefining the recruiting experience in the real estate industry.
We are an appointment setting and recruiting start-up seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a F/T or P/T Remote Appointment Setter.
Our ideal candidate has the business knowledge, communication skills, and competency to coordinate meetings on our partners’ behalf, via daily out-bound phone calls. You will work closely with our leadership team to engage, nurture and retain our partner relationships for the long term by achieving set targets and providing them clear and detailed feedback.
This position offers a guaranteed base pay of $20 / hour, with the opportunity to earn additional bonuses based on performance and retention ability. This gives you the exciting opportunity to control your own level of success, so tell us why you believe you can do this job and why it suits you!
Experience in B2B sales, real estate, customer service, hospitality, and other communication based roles is an asset, but not required for the right candidate. Training will be provided.
Ideal Candidate:
Fluency and command of the English language
Capable and willing to work from home
Available and willing to work Monday - Friday business hours
Strong verbal and written skills
Strong soft skills - presentability, respectful and articulate communication skills, organization
Willingness to learn about the Real Estate industry and understand what value our services bring to our clients
As our clients are American, American holidays will be observed. The candidate must be able to work on Canadian specific holidays.
Reasonable digital capabilities and the following assets:
High speed internet access
An up-to-date computer that has the capacity to run:
Web Based CRM platforms
High density Google Sheets
Gmail
Access to run the latest version of communication apps such as
Whatsapp
Zoom
Gmail
Headset/earphones that can work reliably, and provide clear and isolated vocal transmission
Compensation Structure:
Guaranteed base pay of $20 per hour to start.
Competitive bonus structure based on performance and retention ability.
Each partner you work with equals 1 hour of work per day, meaning the ideal candidate will progress towards having 8 accounts.
Additional commission and bonus opportunities are available for the right candidate, as are sales and marketing opportunities!
