Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Rajahmundry. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable products and services to achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities**
• Develop and manage a portfolio of high-value clients in the Rajahmundry region.
• Identify client needs and provide personalized financial advice and solutions, including investment products, loans, and other banking services.
• Proactively engage with clients to deepen relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall branch objectives.
• Stay updated on market trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolio performance and sales activities.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant financial regulations.
Job Qualifications**
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or banking, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in local language (Telugu) is highly preferred.
• Residency in or willingness to relocate to Rajahmundry.
