About the Role
Shape My Garden is looking for a motivated Junior Horticulturist to join our landscaping team.
The role involves practical work at residential and commercial garden sites across Bengaluru.
Responsibilities
• Visit client sites for garden inspections.
• Identify plants and understand basic plant health issues.
• Assist with landscaping and garden maintenance projects.
• Guide gardening staff on basic plant care, watering, pruning and fertilization.
• Recommend suitable plants based on site conditions.
• Coordinate with the operations team and clients.
• Maintain basic site visit and work records.
• Travel to different project locations across Bengaluru.
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Botany or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of plants and gardening.
• Working proficiency in Kannada is required.
• Good communication and willingness to work outdoors.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
