Registered Nurse (RN)

Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care to join our Community Nursing Care team. In this unique opportunity you will be providing on going care for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity with up to 20 hours on going work available and would suit someone with superb relationship building skills and a clinical skill to ensure we provide our clients and their families good care and support in their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide evidenced based nursing care
Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team
Ensure patient and staff safety
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery
Essential Ongoing Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

Registered Nurses who are registered by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Valid Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
Ability to promote a patient focused approach
Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
You will have a genuine commitment to standards and quality practices
Excellent communication skills
Experience in a variety of primary healthcare, or acute Hospital settings
Ability to work independently
You must have the right to work in Australia
