Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, providing emotional support to families, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
· Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
· Monitor patients’ vital signs and symptoms and report any changes to the medical team.
· Provide pre- and post-operative care and support.
· Educate patients and families on managing illness or injury and post-hospital care.
· Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
· Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
· Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:
· Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
· Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (as required).
· Proven experience in a clinical setting (hospital, clinic, long-term care, etc.).
· Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
