We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NLV. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to lead teams effectively while working in a flexible environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.
Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Requirements

Proven experience in sales management or a related field.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
