Regional Sales Director - UK
Location: 100% Remote - Must be based in the UK.
Salary Expectations: £230,000- £260,000 (50/50)

I'm currently working with a High Growth, Series A OT CyberSecurity start up with a unique CyberSecurity product that has been proven to make a positive impact on protecting enterprise customers across all industrial verticals by providing strong visibility and risk management.
This vendor is now going to the next level of expansion, as a result they are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director in the UK to be the first on the ground, joining their existing EMEA team. This will be a net new business hunting role across the UK and Middle East.
Responsibilities include:
• Ability to develop and implement a successful go to market strategy across both regions.
• Target net new business, leveraging your C-level / Exec connections.
• Drive and exceed quota by managing the entire sales process.
• Establish connections with partners.
• Present sales forecasts and sales to management.
Requirements include:
• 8+ years experience selling OT/IoT software, or working in a early stage cyber start-up.
• Understanding of the industrial environment is beneficial.
• Experience of selling to C-level in enterprise businesses.
• Hands on - Proactive.
• History of overachieving quota.
