As a Regional Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting iA’s Individual Life Sales and Marketing Team by coordinating sales activities and acting as a liaison between clients, regional stakeholders, and Head Office teams.

What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Regional Assistant, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Provide general office and sales team coordination, supporting day-to-day administrative and operational needs;
Create, update, and maintain marketing documents, including letters, marketing materials, email marketing blasts, and digital marketing campaigns;
Act as a key point of contact for clients (MGAs, Advisors, Administrative Assistants, etc.), liaising between them and Head Office or Service Centres;
Arrange, schedule, and coordinate meetings and events, including providing onsite support as a coordinator, note taker, or technical resource;
Support sales initiatives through expense report preparation, invoice processing, inventory management of marketing and promotional materials, and assistance with special projects and events.
What could accelerate your success in this role
We’re looking for someone who:
High school diploma and college marketing diploma;
Has 2 years of experience in the insurance industry or a related environment;
Is known for their strong organizational and project management skills;
Stands out for their ability to prioritize work and adapt in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment;
Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills;
Is recognized for their ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team;
Has experience in event planning (Asset);
