Kaam.com is seeking a Recruitment Manager - Hotels for a Full-time, On-site role located in Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Kaam's hotel hiring needs are met by following through on the complete recruitment cycle of sourcing, screening, qualifying and hiring. As a Recruitment Manager - Hotels at Kaam.com, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential candidates and our member partners to ensure timely placement and retention.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of hotel recruitment experience with excellent knowledge of Hotel Diploma courses
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
• Understanding of the requirements of hotel industry employers and job seekers
• Knowledge of current industry trends in Hotel Recruitment
