Your New Role
You will already be an accomplished in leading a Recruitment Team in a specialised market, demonstrating a commitment to leading your team to delivering exceptional staffing solutions. You will be passionate about people, With a consultative approach you will drive executional excellence to align to business needs and strategic objectives.
You know that you've got what it takes because you are:
Developing and deploying team strategy to deliver business growth in headcount and revenue.
Setting the strategic direction for your team, setting the standard and embedding systems and processes.
Being an advocate for your business and brand in the market by nurturing key relationships with clients and candidates.
Cultivating strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Leading candidate acquisition via multiple channels such as headhunting, social media, advertising and referrals.
Apply commercial mindset when negotiating with your key clients
Mentoring and motivating a passionate team of recruiters to reach their highest individual and team potential.
Aligning yourself with the company values, and champion what it means to Care, Open Doors, Trust and Celebrate.
What you will need to succeed:
You are adaptable and agile, driven by your strong values and with a ‘People First’ approach. Your passion and positive attitude for leading a team to success and providing excellent candidate care.

Ability to develop clearly defined and focussed business

An experienced and proven successful recruiter
Self-managing, honest and trustworthy
Demonstrate a high level of quality candidate customer service
