The Opportunity

We are looking for a professional Recruitment Consultant with architectural knowledge to join our growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in architecture (through study or industry experience) who is now looking to thrive in a sales-focused recruitment role. If you are target-driven, confident speaking on the phone, and motivated to build lasting relationships, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant:
• Business Development: Proactively develop new client relationships within the architecture and design sectors.
• Client Management: Build trusted partnerships with practices, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering bespoke hiring solutions.
• Candidate Engagement: Source, screen, and support high-calibre candidates within architecture and interior design.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with architectural trends, market insights, and salary benchmarking to advise both clients and candidates.
• Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate preparation, client briefings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team environment that values shared success and career development.

Who we are looking for:
• Background in architecture, interior design, or a strong understanding of the built environment industry.
• Previous success in a Recruitment Consultant, sales, or business development role.
• Excellent communication skills; professional and confident on the phone and in client meetings.
• Strong relationship-building ability with a consultative approach.
• Highly organised with good attention to detail and time management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with full right to work in the UK.
