We are looking for a smart, organized, and computer-savvy Packing & Dispatch Executive to join our growing fashion brand. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using computers, managing online orders, and coordinating daily dispatches.
Key Responsibilities:
* Pack customer orders carefully and accurately.
* Check ready orders in Shopify.
* Generate shipping labels and dispatch orders through courier portals (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, etc.).
* Update order status and maintain dispatch records.
* Coordinate with the production and customer support teams.
* Ensure timely and error-free order dispatch.
* Maintain an organized packing area and inventory of packaging materials.
Requirements:
* Basic to good computer knowledge is mandatory.
* Comfortable using Shopify, courier portals, and Microsoft Excel (training will be provided if required).
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
* Prior experience in e-commerce packing or dispatch is preferred but not mandatory.
