We are seeking a Senior Recruiter specialized in the manufacturing sector to join our Ahmedabad team. This role is pivotal in building strong local talent pipelines, aligning workforce strategies with client needs, and ensuring recruitment excellence that drives measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles, from shop-floor talent to leadership positions.
• Partner with client stakeholders to design recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using modern recruitment tools and networks.
• Build sustainable talent pipelines for niche manufacturing skill sets.
• Provide market insights and competitor benchmarking to strengthen hiring decisions.

Requirements
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Ahmedabad’s local talent ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver within tight timelines.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms, ATS, and social media hiring strategies.
