The Role - A Day in the Life of Scape’s Receptionist/Office Coordinator:

The Receptionist/Office Coordinator is the heartbeat of our Scape HQ, keeping the office running like a dream. You’ll be the face of Scape, radiating good vibes while ensuring everything from meetings to mail deliveries runs like clockwork.



Your mission? To bring positivity, professionalism, and a "can-do" attitude that embodies the Scape spirit. Whether it’s welcoming guests with a warm smile, keeping the team fuelled with supplies, or making sure our HQ events leave everyone buzzing, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our office running smoothly and our people feeling supported.



No two days are the same at Scape, but here’s a taste of what your day could look like:

Start by welcoming guests, answering calls, and making sure our front desk is the friendliest spot in the building.
Check that meeting rooms are spotless and ready for action, supplies are fully stocked, and the office runs like a well-oiled machine.
Keep everyone in the loop with office updates and lend a hand with events, activities, and whatever else pops up.
Be the go-to person who knows what’s happening, when it’s happening, and how it’s happening – ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to make sure everyone feels looked after and supported.
