Receptionist – B.Ed College
National Teachers Training College, a B.Ed. College running for more than 15 years, is looking for a friendly, and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team.
Location:
Annie Besant Road, Opposite Patna College, Near Primus Hospital, Patna
Key Responsibilities
Handle front desk, students, parents, and visitors
Manage phone calls and inquiries professionally
Maintain registers and paper-based records
Provide basic counselling and course-related information
During admission sessions, may work as an Admission Counsellor, if needed
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, confident, and presentable personality
Ability to handle students and visitors patiently
Decent work experience preferred
Knows to handle challenging situations
Working Hours
09:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
