As the Receptionist and Face of our Business, you will be a welcoming presence in our office. You will manage the front desk, greet visitors, and support our team by efficiently handling all inquiries and communications. Your role is essential in creating a lasting impression of our brand.
We are looking for the next "Face of the Business" – someone who can represent our brand professionally, enthusiastically, and confidently.
What you'll be doing
Act as the public representative and spokesperson for the company.
Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
Serve as the go-to person for customers
Support the marketing and sales teams online and offline
Serve as the company's primary liaison with key stakeholders and partners.
Establish and maintain client relationships, providing an excellent first impression.

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in reception, customer service, or a similar role is a plus.
