Responsibilities include:

Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties
Conduct showings, open houses, and client consultations
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions
Market listings using online platforms and social media
Maintain knowledge of market trends and real estate regulations
Build and maintain client relationships
Manage contracts, paperwork, and client communications
