Job description
Position Summary:
The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring asset transactions close timely and smoothly. The job entails coordinating and communicating with Jupiter Texas investors, lenders, and other third parties.
Essential Job Functions:
• Provide support for the acquisition and disposition process.
• Track and record capital contributions from investors.
• Order insurance quotes, lenders quotes, third party inspections, surveys and title work as needed..
• Coordinate notary for closings and coordinate timely and successful closings.
• Obtain investors’ relevant information and signatures as required for various legal documents (including but not limited to operating agreements and loan underwriting).
• Coordinate with outside legal counsel on drafting of documents including operating agreements, tenant estoppel notices, any requested lease modifications, etc. prior to closing.
• Coordinate with lenders to ensure investors provide required information for loan underwriting.
• Track and communicate key deadlines throughout the closing process.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 year experience working in commercial real estate preferred
• A keen attention to detail and strong communication skills
• Ability to be a self-starter and work effectively in a small team and contribute to areas beyond the direct scope of responsibility
• Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini is preferred
