Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

✅ Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital platforms

✅ Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences

✅ Show properties to prospective buyers and explain key features

✅ Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets

✅ Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

✅ Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams

✅ Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitors in the Jaipur real estate market

✅ Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:

✔ Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships

✔ Good negotiation and closing skills

✔ Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

✔ Familiarity with the Jaipur real estate market is a plus

✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)

✔ Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
