Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end seller acquisition processes and actively develop the regional property inventory portfolio. * Coordinate cross-functionally with real estate brokers, prospective buyers, and internal transaction tracks. * Facilitate professional client handling, conduct property meetings, and lead property site visits. * Support high-value deal management frameworks and optimize pipelines to accelerate sales closures. * Build, nurture, and sustain strong professional networking relationships with landowners, real estate developers, institutional investors, and channel partners. * Deploy strategic market development techniques to identify emerging real estate investment opportunities. Required Skills * 0–1 year of relevant experience required (1–5 years in real estate sales or brokerage preferred). * Strong execution background across Real Estate Sales, Property Acquisition, and Relationship Management. * Demonstrated negotiation skills, professional presentation tactics, and practical client handling capabilities. * Exceptional communication and networking skills built for market development and high-stakes property transactions.
