First National Aziz Hoque Property is seeking a motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
Prospect and generate new listing opportunities
Conduct property appraisals and listing presentations
Build and manage a pipeline of buyers and sellers
Negotiate contracts and achieve successful sales outcomes
Conduct open homes and private inspections
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Build long-term relationships and referral networks
Grow your personal profile within your local market
Work towards individual and team sales targets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Class 1 Licence (preferred but not essential)
Must have real estate sales experience in last 12 months
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Professional presentation and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Must be knowledgeable about local area
