Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the SalesMarketing team at our Vancouver head office. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for multiple concurrent marketing projects for our expanding residential rental portfolio.
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in planning, executing, and analyzing marketing efforts that promote our real estate developments. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, supporting branding, digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and leasing enabling initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns with in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Prepare and share creative briefs with the creative agency to produce marketing assets.
Maintain marketing calendars, meeting coordination, budgets/invoice submissions, and project timelines.
Manage asset creation, including floorplans, brochures, signage, digital assets, etc.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and visual identity.
Manage website content, email marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
Support project launches, events, and promotional activities.
Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports and recommendations.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform marketing strategies.
Required Skillsets:
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing best practices.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Confidence in reading interior design and/or architectural drawings/floor plans.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, energetic and keenly interested in all aspects of real estate, development and marketing.
EducationExperience
2-4 years of experience in marketing residential real estate projects.
Experience with digital marketing tools, work/task management programs, CRM platforms, and analytics.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve creative assets.
Knowledge of print specifications, file preparation, and production processes.
Experience coordinating signage production and installation.
