Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Law Clerk or Real Estate Legal Assistant to join our legal team. Applicants must have 2+ plus years experience as a real estate law clerk/ real estate legal assistant; The Law Clerk will assist attorneys with various tasks related to property transactions, title searches, legal documentation, and admin work. Candidates should possess strong research, writing, and administrative skills, along with familiarity with legal software and procedures. This position is NOT for NCA applicants or Articling Students.
