Key Requirements
• Minimum 1 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the South Mumbai real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
• High level of professionalism and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Candidates residing in South Mumbai preferred
• Own two-wheeler preferred for client meetings and site visits
