Job description
Our client, a prominent real estate developer with a portfolio of award-winning projects, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Development Manager to join their esteemed organization in Jaipur, Rajasthan . This role is crucial in overseeing the entire development lifecycle of real estate projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to design, construction, and final handover. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent financial acumen, and proven project management capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, conducting thorough market research and feasibility studies. Manage all phases of the development process, including site acquisition, planning, zoning, design, and permitting. Oversee project budgeting, financial analysis, and securing project financing. Coordinate and manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, legal counsel, and other consultants. Ensure projects are developed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and building codes. Monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to project schedules. Lead negotiations with landowners, investors, and government authorities. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for completed projects. Prepare detailed reports on project status, financial performance, and market analysis for senior management. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape in the real estate sector. Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of the development pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in real estate development, project management, or a related role. Demonstrated success in managing complex real estate development projects from conception to completion. Strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and investment strategies. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and permitting processes. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with the real estate market in Jaipur, Rajasthan is essential.
