Documentation & Closing: Prepare necessary paperwork, such as contracts and deeds, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Licensure: Must hold a valid state-specific real estate license.
Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
Networking: Ability to build a strong professional network and generate leads.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with MS Office and real estate software.
Knowledge: Understanding of local property laws, zoning regulations, and market trends
