About Us
Exodus Realty is a small, family-owned property management company serving Lee, Harnett, Wake, and Cumberland Counties since 2007. We manage over 200 doors and pride ourselves on personalized service to both property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors (residents, prospective tenants, and internal team members)
Answer inquiries by phone and email
Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects
Process application fees, deposits, and rents
Prepare leasing documents and move-in/move-out procedures and inspections
Record visitor traffic and tenant complaints
Prepare service requests/work orders
Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and evictions
Handle financial tasks: prepare checks, deposit slips, make bank deposits, reconcile accounts
Keep the Office Manager informed of issues or problems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Google Docs
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work with minimal supervision and accept constructive criticism
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of leasing or high-volume office experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting communications and streamlining daily tasks
Buildium, Yardi, or Appfolio experience
Pay Range
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift
