Guestable is a global hospitality company that focuses on providing guests with incredible experiences with furnished rentals all over the world. We service guests and work with owners to ensure a perfect experience. Our goal is to change the way travelers experience staying at a furnished rental. Our focus on quality and an experience that extends beyond the stay is what separates us.

Our focus is on short term and medium term rentals. With respect to short term rentals, we are currently living through a global shift in the hospitality sector towards unique homestyle accommodations that allow travelers to live as the locals do. With remote work increasing travelers are often staying longer than they have been historically and value different types of amenities than they did historically.

The rise in remote work and relocations is also causing unprecedented demand for mid-term rentals. People are choosing to split time between different locations, often renting their home out during their departure and renting a furnished rental for a season or two. Companies are also downsizing their office spaces and choosing to relocate to different locations, often housing employees in a furnished rental during the transition process.

Guestable’s service offering for real estate owners ranges from full service property management to marketing and guest services. For guests, Guestable starts by providing a perfect place to stay and then provides an experience that extends beyond the stay. We want all our guests to experience the local city and everything it has to offer.

Role Description:

Guestable is looking to grow in the North American market by building lasting and profitable relationships. The goal of our Sales Representative will be to increase the awareness of Guestable’s service offering in the real estate community. You will be provided with the necessary tools and training to excel in this position and will become a valuable member of the team.

Desired Skills Abilities:

We are recruiting one high performing individual that is looking to invest in not only their career, but in a long term entrepreneurial journey which will be a core part of their professional and personal growth. The successful candidate is someone who is a leader, problem solver, good communicator, quick thinker, manager, and a self-starter. He / she has strong analytical capabilities but also a level of emotional intelligence required to effectively present their thoughts to potential clients and senior executives.

While Guestable has established itself as one of the market leaders in North America, the ultimate objective is to be the global industry leader and the gold standard for new age hospitality and modern real estate. The successful candidate is someone who gets excited by the idea of joining a company in it’s relatively early stages and wants to evolve into a leader within the organization. As Guestable expands, the Sales Representative will have the opportunity to take their career in whatever direction they desire both in terms of their role and geographic location. Requirements

We don’t believe in defining specific requirements for work experience because we don’t want to limit fully capable, driven young people from the position. The most important thing is your commitment to learning, potential to grow your skillset, and overall attitude.
