Department: Quality and Knowledge Management
As a Quality Management Consultant, you will work to develop the processes and systems related to quality compliance management, project execution and continuous improvement in NNE.
The main tasks include:
• Quality Management System operation, maintenance and development
• Assist in ensuring QMS suitability, adequacy and effectiveness through maintenance and development
• Monitoring and identifying risks or areas for improvement.
• Developing policies and procedures
• Support the organization in QMS compliance through supervision and guidance in quality is-sues covering ISO+001 ISO 14001 requirements
• Drive quality mindset development in the organization
• Facilitate the Quality Management Review (QMR) Process
• Monitor compliance – NC trends, suggestions, exceptions, customer satisfaction and complaints
• Quality Data handling and processing by conducting ongoing quality data evaluation and assess the need for actions
• Run quality or compliance checks process in organization
• Collect and communicate QMS methodologies and best practices to relevant
• Guide internal and external audits (certifying body, customer)
• Preparation of monthly quality reports, presentations, and basic communication material
• Support for special global development projects and ad hoc tasks

To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bo-nus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
• You ideally have a bachelor’s or master’s Degree within a relevant field and have a few years of quality management and administrative work experience.
• Any Quality Management Certifications
Some of the key skills to succeed in this position include:
• Minimum 3 year of experience working with Quality Management System operation, maintenance and development
• Familiarity with the MS Office package, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power-Point and curiosity about getting to know other systems and tools.
• Excellent command of English with good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and collaborate with a virtual team
