Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and service-oriented Hospital Receptionist to manage our front desk. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and positive experience for all who visit or contact our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist patients, visitors, and guests at the reception area.
Manage patient check-ins, registrations, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain and update patient records and appointment calendars accurately.
Provide information about hospital services, procedures, and facilities to patients.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and internal staff for smooth patient flow.
Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, well-organized, and inviting.
Manage billing, payment collection, and provide receipts when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Handle patient feedback, concerns, and escalate issues to management if required.
Maintain confidentiality and respect for patient information at all times.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hospital management software.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and patient under pressure.
Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and courteous demeanor.
Prior experience in healthcare, wellness centers, or hospitals is highly desirable.
Work Hours:
