Title: Quality Control Lab Technician

Location: Kitchener, ON

Wage: $20.00/hr

Shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

We are hiring a full-time production worker to start with one of our clients in Kitchener, ON. This position is bus accessible and has the possibility of long-term work based on performance. It is a great opportunity to work for one of North America's leading rubber compounder companies. Qualified candidates will be working in their Research and Development lab.

Job Description:
• Assist research and development team.
• Data entry in the system.
• Weigh and process powders for proper quality.
• Conduct quality checks and label products.
• Consistent standing, walking, and lifting.
• Other general labour duties as required.

Requirements:
• Previous research and development experience is an asset.
• Previous computer and quality control experience required.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills required.
• Must be able to read and follow directions.
• Willing to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Adhere to all safety protocols.
