Role Overview
CEF Group is seeking a strategic and creative Content Marketing Strategist to lead the development of impactful content that drives brand awareness, engagement and thought leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of content trends, audience behaviour and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will craft compelling narratives that amplify CEF Group’s mission of sustainability, innovation, and community development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy Development: o Design and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and brand identity. o Identify target audience personas and create tailored content strategies to engage them effectively.
2. Content Creation Management: o Collaborate with designers, writers, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, white papers, social media posts, and email campaigns. o Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific algorithms.
3. Campaign Execution: o Plan and manage content-driven campaigns to promote CEF Group’s initiatives, services, and impact. o Leverage various formats such as articles, infographics, videos, and podcasts to engage diverse audiences.
4. Thought Leadership: o Develop and promote content that positions CEF Group as a leader in sustainability and innovation. o Contribute to the creation of industry reports, research papers, and participation in global forums.
5. Analytics Optimization: o Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms. o Provide insights and recommendations to refine content strategies based on performance metrics.
6. Trend Awareness: o Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovative content practices. o Experiment with new content formats and distribution methods to maintain relevance and impact.
Qualifications Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Mandatory background of working in eCommerce retail segment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing and digital marketing.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a strong portfolio of published content.
• Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools is mandatory.
